John Boese

John Boese, AIA, (pronounced BOW-SE) was a minor American architect practicing in New York City in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. Little of his work is known. His office was located at 280 Broadway.
He is best known as the architect of The German Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Matthew, 145th Street and Convent Ave〔(Office for Metropolitan History ), "Manhattan NB Database 1900-1986," (Accessed 25 Dec 2010).〕
